It’s easy to pay a person or company in order to get positive comments.

But those quickly kill credibility

The Feedback And Reputation Report is not an easy project.

Believable comments from real clients, organized but not guided by an independent 3rd party are important.

All professionals and businesses need to “keep their finger on the pulse”, and be open to critiques.

For ratings to be considered truly independent, the system needs to:

  • Collect feedback directly from clients/customers.
  • Use transparent methodologies.
  • Are not directly controlled by the rated companies.
  • Regularly update their ratings to reflect current customer satisfaction levels.
