I had Gap Management contact my clients to get their opinions. The results were very helpful: who had problems and why; and why all the others were so loyal. I learned things that clients didn’t tell me directly.

I would also say that Francis’s inquiries and conversations revealed blind spots that, once I was aware of them, identified areas to engage my clients more deeply, provide more value and have even greater impact. In addition, I have identified ways to up-sell and cross-sell my services in a more confident manner based on the value and positive results they have on my clients personally and for their organization.
The result is I can bring even more of my strengths, talents and abilities to bear for the benefit of my clients.

I hired him to provide a report on what my coaching clients thought about my practice. Through a guided and robust process, I was able to select some great questions, and link him to the clients we identified as important to survey.
His high level of support and communication made it easy and quick. My clients enjoyed their call with him and many reported that they felt honoured to be asked to participate. The results of the survey were compiled into a report that contained not only the content of their answers, but also included detailed and insightful analysis of their responses. He broke out the statements I could use as testimonials and gave some great key words to use in future sales and marketing.
I discovered some things about my coaching and how my clients experience it that I would never have guessed. Francis’ deep experience and knowledge created value every step of the way.
I would trust Francis with my clients again and have recommended his services to a number of my clients for their benefit.

The reinforcement of what I already knew and the expanded information on what we think we knew and hoped we knew really put clarity into our business and how we can go forward with new customers and how we can get best value out of old customers.
The personal feedback has been great for development and the partnership and inside the business. So I think this service ticks enough boxes of personal value, business value and straight data that it would be a no brainer for anybody to make use of it.

This includes local organizations for networking, a checklist to make sure the networking is effective and even ideas for the clinic’s website to attract more patients, including parents of young children. These all make the move here much easier and get my career growth on track faster. This has opened my eyes to doing Dental Practice Marketing.

FAQs
How is the Wealth Advisors Trust Report different from a survey?
A survey generally asks many people standardized questions and produces numerical responses. The Wealth Advisors Trust Report is based primarily on detailed individual conversations, the interviewer can ask follow-up questions, explore unexpected issues, and understand the reasoning behind a client’s answer.
How does the Wealth Advisors Trust Report relate to the FAR Report?
The Wealth Advisors Trust Report applies Gap Management’s Feedback And Reputation research method. The questions, analysis and reporting focus on how Wealth Advisors clients choose, experience, recommend and reconsider their relationships.
Does "25 interviews" mean 25 invitations?
No. The number refers to completed interviews, not merely invitations, calls or attempted contacts.
Who decides which clients are interviewed?
Gap Management and the Wealth Advisor agree on the approach together. The objective is a useful cross section rather than selecting only clients expected to provide compliments. Former clients may also be included when their experience is relevant.
Will negative comments be included?
Yes. The purpose of the research is to provide reliable guidance, so positive findings, concerns, disappointments, relationship risks and opportunities can all be important.
Do the Wealth Advisors know which client made each comment?
Confidentiality arrangements are explained before the interviews begin. Some comments may be attributed when the interviewee gives permission; other findings may be reported without identifying the person who provided them.
Are testimonials guaranteed?
No, about 2/3 of interviewees / decision makers do give permission for their positive comments to be used publicly, usually with their name.
Can our marketing agency use the Report?
Yes, in many cases this is one of the most valuable applications. The agency can use the evidence, approved stories, client language and more.
Are there additional mandatory fees?
No mandatory administration or report production fees are added to the agreed project price. Applicable taxes and any optional work approved outside the original scope are additional.
